Many parent/member’s issues or concerns or complaints can be dealt with in an informal manner to the satisfaction of all concerned. If you have an issue/concern/complaint please follow the below process.
Step 1
Contact your coach regarding your concern or complaint. If a person feels they need to discuss this issue further or with another person rather than the Coach, they should contact the Head Coach of Youth Development – see list of club contacts.
Step 2
If the matter is not resolved after step 1, the complaint should be sent in writing to the Club Secretary for their attention, to ensure the relevant Club personnel, i.e. Child Welfare Officer, are appointed to review the complaint unless when the complaint or concern relates to a child abuse matter or criminal offence that meets criteria for formal reporting to the statutory authorities. Step 3
Where all reasonable efforts have been made at club level and the solution is deemed non
satisfactory or they feel the issue warrants further review. The concern/complaint can then be sent to the relevant League for appeal/review of the complaint.
