Carndonagh Football Club want to provide a safe and enjoyable environment where we can promote and support our players to learn to play football. We as a club, will work hard to ensure all our coaches’ work in a positive way, encouraging all our players during their football pathway within our club.
Your responsibilities
As parents, you also have a responsibility to:
- Ensure your child is registered properly, as they are not insured if they are not registered.
- Ensure your child attends as many training sessions as possible, the more football practice they get aids their football development.
- Educate your child to show respect to their coaches, teammates, opposition players and club officials. Lead by example and ensure you as a parent respect those individuals and do not actively partake in derogatory conversations about those individuals in front of your child.
- Encourage their acts of fair play.
- Respect our referees and other match officials. As a parent do not shout abuse at them even when they make mistakes, as this is not the example we want to set for our players.
Getting involved
We ask parents to get involved in the club, our club like so many others are run based on the hard work of the volunteers who work tirelessly day to day to ensure your child gets training, matches. No help is too little.
Carndonagh FC ask parents to please support the clubs fundraising efforts in any way they can, as this fundraising goes towards running the club and developing our facilities and in turn aid our player development plans.

If you as a parent have an issue/concern or problem with the club, then we ask parents to follow the clubs Complaint Policy. If you cannot access this on our website or Klubfunder, you can request a copy from any executive committee member or email the club secretary at [email protected].
